We offer pickup and delivery services from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week including public holidays. For Same Day Delivery, pickups must be booked before 11:59 AM, and the last booking for our 120-Minute Express Delivery is accepted at 5:00 PM.

We offer three delivery options: Standard Turnaround within 24 Hours, Same Day Delivery when your booking is placed before 11:59 AM, and 120-Minute Express Delivery with the last booking accepted at 5:00 PM.

Absolutely! Our trained professionals are skilled in handling all types of fabrics including silk, cotton, linen, chiffon, georgette, and heavily embroidered ethnic wear such as sarees, lehengas, and sherwanis. Every garment is treated with the appropriate technique.

We currently serve Versova, Seven Bungalows, Four Bungalows, Lokhandwala, D.N. Nagar and Mhada. Enter your PIN code on our booking page or app to confirm availability in your area.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive real-time updates via SMS and app notifications for every stage Pickup Confirmed, Ironing In Progress, Quality Check Done, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. You can also track live on the app.

All garments are delivered in premium signature My Press Wala packaging.

A minimum order value of ₹200 is required to place a booking with My Press Wala.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking. All online payments are secured with 256-bit encryption.

No cancellation is allowed after pickup is completed. For Express delivery booking cancellation charges will be applicable. Same day booking cancellation is available within 1 hour of the booking, after which charges will be applicable.

The My Presswala Subscription is a 30-day membership that gives you exclusive discounts on the garment total of every eligible order. Simply choose a plan, subscribe, and enjoy the applicable discount throughout your active subscription period.

Your subscription discount is applicable only on the garment total. It does not apply to service charges, delivery charges (if any), GST, or any other applicable fees.

Your subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of activation and renews automatically every month unless auto-renewal is cancelled before the next billing date.

Yes. You can cancel auto-renewal or switch to another available subscription plan through the app at any time. Your current subscription benefits will continue until the end of the active billing period.

Your subscription benefits are available on all eligible orders during your active subscription period. Only one subscription plan can be active per account at a time, and subscriptions cannot be shared or transferred. If your subscription expires or is not renewed, your membership benefits will end.
